Encipher AI has partnered with a pioneering AI company based in Paris, at the forefront of innovation. We are seeking a dynamic Machine Learning Software Engineer to join the team.

Role

In this role, the focus is on designing, implementing, and delivering scalable machine learning libraries. Responsibilities include writing maintainable code, implementing models for structured and unstructured data, and applying large language models for industrial solutions and products. The position involves leading small teams within the first two years, prioritizing project delivery with high-quality coding practices. Additionally, adapting machine learning algorithms for modern parallel environments and effectively communicating development work to diverse audiences, both internally and externally, are key aspects of the role.

Technology / Responsibilities

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in building projects/products
• Experience in developing and debugging Python
• Proficiency with Git workflow
• Docker experience
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Experience developing LLM based applications
• Technically strong/hands-on
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning projects
